European Initiatives Association “ACTIVE” is a non-profit NGO organisation from Kielce.   the We are about 15 active members supporting the organization daily. We are teachers, academics, entrepreneurs, youth workers, trainers and faciltiators. We are organizing youth exchanges and training courses based on principles of experiential learning and non-formal education.

We are cooperating with partners from Europe and nearby across different governmental and non-governmental sectors.  Our mission is to bring intercultural experience to marginalized regions of Poland and give a chance to young people living there to experience the beauty of the world, intercultural learning and personal development. We are committed to life-long learning principles always seeking for ways to improve our skills, knowledge and methodologies.
